Our Drivers...

Represent Willow Run Foods and its commitment to excellence. From their uniformed appearance, to the friendly relationships they enjoy with our customers, Willow Run's drivers are some of the finest in the industry.

And - they work hard to keep it that way. Because we are a 24 hour a day, seven day a week operation, there will always be drivers on the road. The average work week is four days, with overnight runs common. But - Since we are not an "over the road" company, our drivers can enjoy time with their families on a regular basis.

The work they do requires physical strength and stamina, as each driver unloads and delivers every customer's order right to their door.

BUT - for their efforts, Willow Run offers some of the best compensation packages in the industry, including overnite and "drop and hook" pay as well as an ESOP plan that is not matched anywhere.
