%3Cp%3EEthan%20Metzer%20has%20been%20employed%20at%20Willow%20Run%20Foods%20since%20September%20of%202018%20as%20a%20freezer%20picker.%20In%20the%20beginning,%20Ethan%20worked%20extremely%20hard%20to%20get%20his%20speed%20and%20accuracy%20up%20to%20Willow%20Run’s%20standards.%20Ethan’s%20goal%20was%20to%20be%20a%20contributor%20to%20help%20ease%20the%20workload%20on%20the%20other%20freezer%20pickers.%20His%20hard%20work%20and%20determination%20were%20quickly%20noted,%20and%20he%20soon%20became%20one%20of%20the%20top%20pickers.%20As%20you%20know,%20over%20the%20past%20year%20we%20experienced%20a%20large%20turnover%20especially%20in%20the%20freezer.%20Ethan%20stuck%20with%20us%20and%20kept%20his%20usual%20positive%20attitude.%20He%20is%20quick%20to%20help%20any%20person%20or%20department%20in%20need.%20He%20is%20always%20willing%20to%20help%20train%20new%20hires,%20he%20doesn’t%20take%20shortcuts,%20and%20he%20always%20does%20his%20job%20to%20the%20best%20of%20his%20ability.%20Ethan%20has%20great%20attendance%20which%20makes%20it%20easy%20to%20count%20on%20him%20being%20here%20every%20day%20he%20is%20on%20the%20schedule.%20Another%20great%20attribute%20is%20his%20willingness%20to%20help%20cover%20shifts%20on%20his%20days%20off%20whenever%20asked%20to.%20Ethan’s%20hard%20work,%20dedication,%20and%20positive%20attitude%20are%20an%20inspiration%20to%20all%20of%20us.%20He%20is%20quick%20to%20offer%20encouragement%20to%20any%20employee%20needing%20it%20and%20is%20a%20big%20part%20of%20the%20success%20of%20the%20night%20warehouse.%20I%20would%20like%20to%20recognize%20Ethan%20by%20awarding%20him%20Employee%20of%20the%20Month.%3C/p%3E
