%3Cp%3EIt%20is%20with%20great%20pride%20that%20we%20recognize%20Austin%20Smith%20as%20Employee%20of%20the%20Month%20for%20April.%20Austin%20began%20his%20career%20at%20Willow%20Run%20Foods%20on%20December%2021,%202018%20and%20is%20currently%20a%20Cooler/Freezer%20Receiver.%20Austin%20has%20proven%20to%20be%20very%20dependable%20with%20an%20excellent%20attendance%20record.%20He%20also%20works%20every%20Sunday.%20Austin%20does%20a%20great%20job%20reporting%20any%20and%20all%20problems%20with%20product.%20He%20reports%20any%20damage,%20temperature%20abuse,%20incorrect%20product%20dating,%20or%20quantity%20issues%20directly%20to%20Lynn%20or%20Purchasing.%20Austin%20is%20willing%20to%20do%20whatever%20is%20asked%20of%20him%20and%20will%20go%20above%20and%20beyond%20to%20perform%20each%20task%20efficiently%20and%20accurately.%20Listed%20below%20are%20some%20of%20Austin’s%20duties%20as%20a%20Cooler/Freezer%20Receiver.%20•%20Receiving%20and%20documenting%20of%20Cargill%20Beef%20for%20Wendy’s%20as%20well%20as%20other%20refrigerated%20and%20frozen%20products%20•%20Unloading%20and%20receiving%20of%20backhaul%20product%20•%20Put%20away%20and%20rotation%20of%20product%20•%20Stripping%20out%20return%20Willow%20Run%20trailers%20and%20documenting%20paperwork%20properly%20•%20Cleaning%20projects%20for%20sanitation%20and%20inspections%20•%20Pick%20freezer%20product%20for%20outbound%20shipments%20Austin’s%20work%20ethic%20and%20positive%20qualities%20have%20contributed%20significantly%20to%20the%20success%20of%20Willow%20Run%20Foods.%20Therefore,%20I%20would%20like%20to%20recognize%20Austin%20Smith’s%20contributions%20by%20honoring%20him%20as%20Employee%20of%20the%20Month!%3C/p%3E
