%3Cp%3EAaron%20Rogler%20came%20to%20Willow%20Run%20Foods%20in%20June%20of%202020%20as%20a%20licensed%20Delivery%20Driver.%20Over%20his%20time%20here,%20Aaron%20has%20done%20anything%20and%20everything%20asked%20of%20him.%20He%20has%20done%20NYC%20routes%20such%20as%20the%2099’s%20to%20southern%20Maryland,%20overnight%20trucks%20to%20Eastern%20Mass,%20and%20on%20occasion%20you%20can%20find%20Aaron%20picking%20up%20a%20linehaul%20route%20to%20help%20the%20company%20out.%20Aaron%20has%20always%20been%20a%20“go%20to%20guy”.%20When%20in%20a%20pinch%20or%20a%20bind,%20we%20can%20always%20count%20on%20Aaron%20to%20say,%20“Yeah,%20sure,%20why%20not”.%20Often%20on%20short%20notice%20we%20have%20called%20upon%20Aaron%20to%20rescue%20the%20day.%20In%20the%20height%20of%20the%20summer%20of%202021,%20after%20agreeing%20to%20do%20a%20route,%20Aaron%20would%20ask%20“What%20time%20do%20you%20need%20me%20there?”.%20Its%20rare%20to%20find%20an%20employee%20as%20willing%20to%20help%20as%20much%20as%20Aaron%20is.%20Aaron%20has%20been%20able%20to%20work%20with%20almost%20anyone%20without%20any%20complaints.%20He%20has%20an%20exceptional%20ability%20to%20be%20able%20to%20adapt%20and%20adjust%20to%20any%20situation.%20Regardless%20of%20the%20weather,%20co-driver,%20location,%20or%20the%20concept%20on%20the%20truck,%20Aaron%20gets%20the%20job%20done.%20I%20can%20think%20of%20nobody%20more%20deserving%20of%20Employee%20of%20the%20Month%20for%20May%20then%20Aaron.%20Congratulations!%3C/p%3E
