%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-family:%20'trebuchet%20ms',%20geneva,%20sans-serif;%22%3E%3Ca%20name=%22_Hlk109907100%22%3E%3C/a%3EKathleen%20Kelly-Ruck%20began%20her%20employment%20with%20Willow%20Run%20Foods%20in%20October%20of%202020%20as%20a%20Data%20Processing%20Clerk. %20She%20quickly%20became%20proficient%20in%20all%20that%20is%20required%20for%20this%20position.  %20Kathleen%20is%20very%20thorough%20in%20her%20work%20and%20communicates%20very%20well%20with%20our%20team.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-family:%20'trebuchet%20ms',%20geneva,%20sans-serif;%22%3EOver%20the%20past%20few%20months,%20Kathleen%20has%20asked%20for%20more%20projects%20and%20opportunities. %20The%20Accounting/Credit%20Departments%20have%20needed%20auditing%20assistance%20with%20our%20linehaul%20routes. %20Kathleen%20was%20asked%20and%20she%20took%20this%20on%20whole-heartedly. %20Taking%20each%20of%20the%20linehaul%20routes,%20she%20matches%20up%20paperwork,%20confirms%20the%20route%20is%20invoiced%20correctly,%20and%20then%20attaches%20the%20scanned%20documents%20to%20the%20route. %20Additionally,%20she%20verifies%20case%20counts%20and%20invoice%20amounts%20for%20payroll%20and%20the%20weekly%20Profit%20and%20Loss%20statements.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-family:%20'trebuchet%20ms',%20geneva,%20sans-serif;%22%3ERecently,%20we%20began%20negotiations%20with%20the%20NY%20State%20School%20program. %20The%20clerical%20demands%20of%20this%20program%20are%20plentiful%20and%20when%20asked%20who%20we%20thought%20would%20be%20a%20great%20candidate%20for%20leading%20this%20project,%20Francine%20and%20I%20both%20instantaneously%20said%20Kat.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-family:%20'trebuchet%20ms',%20geneva,%20sans-serif;%22%3EKathleen%20has%20proven%20time%20and%20time%20again%20that%20she%20is%20a%20team%20player. %20Constantly%20looking%20for%20ways%20to%20assist,%20she%20instinctively%20goes%20the%20extra%20mile%20in%20all%20that%20she%20does.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22margin-bottom:%200in;%20text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-family:%20'trebuchet%20ms',%20geneva,%20sans-serif;%22%3EWe%20are%20so%20proud%20to%20have%20Kat%20on%20our%20team%20and%20are%20honored%20to%20present%20to%20her%20the%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-size:%2012pt;%20line-height:%20115%25;%20font-family:%20'trebuchet%20ms',%20geneva,%20sans-serif;%22%3EEmployee%20of%20the%20Month%20for%20August%202022.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E
