%3Cp%3EIt%20is%20with%20great%20pleasure%20that%20we%20award%20Derrick%20Carvin%20for%20Employee%20Of%20The%20Year%202021.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EDerrick%20has%20over%2015%20years%20of%20service%20with%20Willow%20Run%20and%20is%20currently%20a%20Dry%20Warehouse%20Receiver%20in%20the%20Receiving%20Department.%20Over%20the%20past%2015%20years,%20Derrick%20has%20proven%20himself%20to%20be%20very%20dependable%20with%20an%20excellent%20attendance%20record.%20Derrick%20is%20willing%20to%20do%20whatever%20is%20asked%20of%20him.%20Derrick%20works%20efficiently,%20accurately%20and%20goes%20above%20and%20beyond%20to%20perform%20each%20task%20asked%20of%20him.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EDerrick%20is%20willing%20to%20work%20on%20his%20days%20off%20and%20has%20taken%20on%20additional%20responsibilities%20during%20the%20past%20year%20and%20labor%20shortage.%20One%20example%20of%20this%20would%20be%20Derrick%20working%20every%20Sunday%20as%20a%20Loader.%20Listed%20below%20are%20a%20just%20a%20few%20of%20Derricks%20regular%20duties%20and%20some%20of%20the%20additional%20tasks%20he%20has%20taken%20on:%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cul%3E%0A%3Cli%3EReceiving%20and%20documentation%20of%20product%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EPut%20Away%20and%20rotation%20of%20incoming%20products%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ECleaning%20projects%20for%20Food%20Safety%20Inspections%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EHelping%20with%20all%20Receiving%20clerical%20tasks%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ESelector%20in%20all%20areas,%20Freezer,%20Cooler,%20Dry,%20and%20now%20Loader%20for%20outbound%20trucks%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EDriver%20Helper%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ESunday%20shifts%20(his%20day%20off)%20as%20well%20as%20any%20additional%20shifts%20when%20asked.%3C/li%3E%0A%3C/ul%3E%0A%3Cp%3EIf%20shorthanded%20in%20an%20area,%20Derrick%20doesn’t%20hesitate%20to%20help%20his%20fellow%20employees,%20whether%20it%20be%20in%20the%20Freezer,%20Cooler,%20or%20Dry%20section,%20he%20knows%20the%20area%20and%20gets%20the%20job%20done.%20Derrick%20also%20filled%20in%20for%20the%20Transportation%20Department%20as%20a%20Driver%20Helper%20when%20there%20was%20a%20need.%20Derrick’s%20versatility%20and%20dedication%20to%20his%20job%20makes%20him%20a%20valued%20asset%20to%20Willow%20Run%20Foods.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EDerrick%20goes%20out%20of%20his%20way%20to%20make%20sure%20everything%20he%20does%20is%20in%20Willow%20Run’s%20best%20interest.%20Derrick%20takes%20into%20consideration%20that%20everything%20he%20does%20will%20affect%20other%20people.%20He%20goes%20out%20of%20his%20way%20to%20ease%20the%20burdens%20of%20others.%20Derrick%20truly%20loves%20his%20job%20and%20genuinely%20cares%20about%20this%20company%20and%20his%20co-workers.%20He%20is%20an%20excellent%20ambassador%20for%20Willow%20Run%20and%20it%20is%20both%20a%20pleasure%20and%20a%20relief%20to%20have%20him%20as%20an%20employee.%20Plain%20and%20simple%20he%20comes%20in%20on%20time%20and%20stays%20until%20the%20work%20is%20done%20without%20complaint.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EFor%20these%20reasons%20and%20all%20of%20his%20many%20contributions%20to%20Willow%20Run%20Foods,%20It%20is%20my%20honor%20to%20recognize%20Derrick%20Carvin%20as%20Employee%20Of%20The%20Year%202021!%3C/p%3E
