%3Cp%3EDemiano%20DeBella%20started%20working%20for%20Willow%20Run%20in%20June%20of%202017%20as%20a%20dry%20selector.%20His%20speed%20improved%20weekly,%20and%20he%20had%20impeccable%20accuracy.%20He%20was%20dependable%20and%20showed%20that%20he%20was%20trustworthy.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EAfter%20about%20a%20year%20of%20dry%20picking,%20we%20decided%20we%20would%20like%20to%20have%20someone%20to%20take%20on%20the%20job%20of%20picking%20freestyle%20coke%20cartridges%20full%20time%20because%20the%20number%20of%20stores%20taking%20part%20in%20the%20program%20were%20increasing%20weekly.%20Up%20until%20that%20point,%20this%20job%20was%20occupied%20by%20team%20leaders%20who%20had%20to%20neglect%20their%20departments%20to%20fill%20this%20position.%20Demiano%20was%20the%20clear%20choice.%20Demiano%20excelled%20and%20took%20away%20all%20the%20doubts%20and%20worries.%20We%20no%20longer%20needed%20to%20sacrifice%20supervision%20to%20oversee%20the%20selection%20of%20these%20high-profile%20cartridges.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EDuring%20the%20past%20several%20months,%20we%20took%20this%20job%20away%20from%20him%20and%20had%20him%20shift%20back%20to%20dry%20selecting%20because%20of%20our%20recent%20labor%20shortages%20and%20all%20the%20volunteer%20help%20from%20other%20departments%20that%20was%20being%20offered%20to%20pick%20freestyle%20cases.%20Demiano%20gladly%20offered%20some%20insight%20to%20the%20help%20and%20went%20on%20to%20do%20what%20he%20was%20asked.%20He%20understood,%20never%20complained,%20and%20knew%20that%20it%20was%20temporary.%20He%20continued%20his%20high%20level%20of%20service%20despite%20having%20to%20relinquish%20his%20role%20as%20Freestyle%20King.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EDemiano%20is%20a%20hardworking%20and%20dependable%20employee.%20He%20has%20a%20great%20attitude,%20and%20he%20is%20a%20pleasure%20to%20work%20with.%20He%20is%20a%20role%20model%20and%20an%20excellent%20representative%20for%20Willow%20Run.%20I%20would%20like%20to%20award%20Demiano%20with%20the%20prestigious%20title%20of%20“Employee%20of%20the%20Year”.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3ECongratulations%20Demiano%20and%20thank%20you%20for%20all%20your%20hard%20work%20and%20dedication!%3C/p%3E
